We are now offering dinner on selected Thursdays, Fridays and Saturday evenings. Dinner is always served promptly at 5:30 pm in the dining room or on the Veranda if weather permits. Menu All dinners are served with a salad of mixed Organic Greens with a choice of dressing, Chef’s Choice Vegetable, Grilled Whole Grain Flat Bread, Chef’s Choice Dessert and a selection of Non Alcoholic Beverages. Wine by the glass or bottle is available. (see our Wine List for our current selection and prices) All dinners are $40 per person plus tax and 18% gratuity Cascadian Steak A 9oz Boneless Loin Steak that is Dry Cured with our own rub for 24 hrs then grilled to perfection, accompanied by a reduction of Demi Glace`, White Wine and Porcini Mushrooms with Wild Huckleberries that our Chef, Brent and his son Luke handpicked in the Cascade Mountains on the Pacific Crest Trail. Served with Country Mashed Potato Illahee Beef Wellington Tender Medallions of Beef Loin that are seasoned with Fresh Herbs and spices, placed on a bed of fresh Greens and Potato’s then wrapped in Puff Pastry and baked.
